Worship Ministry

Worship

At Galena Bible Church, our vision for the Worship Ministry is to exalt our great God -- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit -- and to be used by Him to instill a heart for His worship in His People. Not only as they delight in Him together, but as they worship corporately around His Word, and live for His glory every day (Eph. 5:18-19, 1 Cor. 10:31).

OUR GOALS

We aim to produce excellent, creative and effective worship services.

Follow our processes established by the Worship Coordinator.
We will demonstrate consistency in our walk with the Lord and in our service.
We will look to God in prayer for guidance and leading.

We aim to produce true worshipers within our congregation.

We will work with the Pastoral Staff at GBC to help point our church family to Christ.
We will pray for our church family and demonstrate Christ’s love to them.
We will purposefully build relationships with our church family.

We aim to produce an effective worship team.

We will spend time at each Thursday rehearsal developing our theology of worship.
We will occasionally do book studies together.
We will have Team Nights throughout the year with the purpose of continual development as musicians, AV technicians, and Christ-followers.
